Each product page features a comprehensive size guide to help you choose the right fit. For the best accuracy, have a measuring tape and a similar item of clothing on hand for reference.

  • HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION? Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Still no email? Reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY ORDER? Order changes can only be made shortly after purchase. If you need to make a modification, please reach out to our customer service team right away—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER? Orders may be canceled as long as they haven’t entered the shipping process. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—but you’ll still be able to initiate a return.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and order status, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED? If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team right away. Be sure to keep all packaging and documentation, as they may be needed to process a claim.
  • ARE TAXES AND DUTIES APPLICABLE TO MY ORDER? For customers in the European Union (including the UK and Norway), all prices shown at checkout are final and inclusive of applicable taxes. For customers outside the EU, prices exclude VAT and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on import regulations in your country.
Return & Exchanges

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
