Customers in the EU see prices that include VAT. For other countries, VAT is not included. If a package is not claimed, any associated delivery and return fees—including taxes and duties—will be deducted from your refund.

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that taxes and import duties are not included in the final checkout price. You may be required to pay applicable local taxes and customs duties upon delivery.
