SHIPPING

We use UPS for all international deliveries. In most European countries, packages are delivered to the closest UPS Service Point to speed up delivery and offer competitive shipping rates. Express shipping is sent directly to the address provided at checkout.

Europe
Standard: 15€ (3–5 business days)
Express: 30€ (1–3 business days)

USA
Standard: 30$ (3–8 business days)
Express: 50$ (1–3 business days)

Rest of the World
Standard: 25€ (3–8 business days)
Express: 45€ (1–3 business days)

Orders over €350 qualify for free worldwide shipping.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to customs or issues in transit. High-volume sales periods may extend our handling time to up to 10 business days.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers in the EU see prices that include VAT. For other countries, VAT is not included. If a package is not claimed, any associated delivery and return fees—including taxes and duties—will be deducted from your refund.

 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return shipping fees (which cover customs and duties) are as follows:

EU countries: 20€

UK, Norway, Switzerland: 25€

North America: 30$

Other countries: 40€

We provide prepaid shipping labels for returns, and we only accept returns made using our provided labels. The label cost will be subtracted from your refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
